Yesterday, during tests together with ASEB, while charging BMW Bulgaria’s test BMW iX3 Neue Klasse, the fastest charging in Bulgaria was achieved, with a peak power of 409kW at the FINES Trakia 122 charging hub (at km 122 on the Trakia motorway, in the direction of Sofia).
The car maintained over 400kW up to 25% battery charge and dropped below 200kW at 65% charge.
The FINES charging hub on the Trakia motorway has 12 charging points with power from 480kW to 600kW for cars (just like our charging hub at km 243 in the direction of Burgas).
In addition, at both locations there are the only MCS connectors in Eastern Europe for charging heavy-duty vehicles with power up to 1.4 megawatts.
